Where do I go to add new email accounts?

	Click YES through a security warning if applicable
	Log in
	Click "mailboxes/users" to add a new email box or "aliases" to add a new group or forwarded account.

How do I view my visitor statistics?

	Click on "webalizer"
	This will show you the monthly totals, click on the name of any month to see more indepth stats along with daily and hourly tracking

How do I change my email password?

	Click YES through a security warning if applicable
	Log in
	Click "user information" then click the "edit" button

How do I activate my vacation/away message?

	Click YES through a security warning if applicable
	Log in
	Click "responders" (located toward the middle/top of the screen)
	Click "vacation message" (top of the screen)
	Click the "edit" button
	Type in your message and click on the "Enable vacation message" box.
	Save

How do I change my SPAM filter settings?

	Click YES through a security warning if applicable
	Log in
	Click "Spam Filtering" and change the settings as needed.

Note: if you do not see "Spam Filtering" as an option on your menu, use the support form at the top of the page to request activation at no charge.

How do I access webmail?

	http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail
	Log in using your ENTIRE email address (ie: joe@joesmarket.com)

Reminder to click on your deleted folder and "delete" the mail again to completely remove it from the system.

How do I access orders in my shopping cart?

How do I setup a new email account using Outlook, Outlook Express or Eudora?
